Cu toate acestea, mul\u021bi adul\u021bi se confrunt\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 cu obstacole semnificative atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 utilizeze cu \u00eencredere instrumentele digitale.<\/p>\n<p>Proiectul DigiReady a fost lansat tocmai pentru a r\u0103spunde acestei nevoi. Misiunea noastr\u0103 este de a sprijini preg\u0103tirea digital\u0103 a adul\u021bilor cu un nivel sc\u0103zut de competen\u021be \u0219i a persoanelor vulnerabile, inclusiv persoane v\u00e2rstnice, migran\u021bi, refugia\u021bi \u0219i \u0219omeri. Scopul este de a dezvolta utilizarea practic\u0103 a instrumentelor digitale de zi cu zi, ajut\u00e2nd participan\u021bii s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 temerile \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i construiasc\u0103 independen\u021ba digital\u0103 necesar\u0103 pentru o participare social\u0103 activ\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Inovare pentru formatori &#8211; Recunoa\u0219tem faptul c\u0103 sprijinirea eficient\u0103 a cursan\u021bilor vulnerabili necesit\u0103 competen\u021be specializate \u0219i abord\u0103ri flexibile. De aceea, unul dintre obiectivele principale ale proiectului este dezvoltarea competen\u021belor digitale ale formatorilor din domeniul educa\u021biei adul\u021bilor. Prin utilizarea unor instrumente practice bazate pe inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103, formatorii \u00ee\u0219i vor putea \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi capacitatea de a crea experien\u021be de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare personalizate, interactive \u0219i relevante pentru adul\u021bii care \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103 dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een utilizarea tehnologiei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Implementat prin colaborarea unor parteneri interna\u021bionali din Germania (iberika Education Group), Polonia (Danmar Computers) \u0219i Rom\u00e2nia (TEST), DigiReady reflect\u0103 un angajament comun pentru construirea unui viitor mai inclusiv. \u00cen esen\u021b\u0103, proiectul urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 transformarea digital\u0103 nu las\u0103 pe nimeni \u00een urm\u0103 \u0219i contribuie la consolidarea rezilien\u021bei \u0219i autonomiei persoanelor vulnerabile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nout\u0103\u021bi privind atelierele<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prima rund\u0103 de ateliere de analiz\u0103 a nevoilor (Activitatea 2) s-a \u00eencheiat \u00een toate cele trei \u021b\u0103ri partenere, pun\u00e2nd bazele dezvolt\u0103rii curriculumului \u0219i a materialelor educa\u021bionale ale proiectului.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Germania, atelierele organizate cu migran\u021bi afla\u021bi \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103 au eviden\u021biat dificult\u0103\u021bile legate de utilizarea portalului online al Centrului pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103, precum \u0219i provoc\u0103rile generate de navigarea \u00een sisteme oficiale redactate \u00eentr-un limbaj administrativ complex \u0219i \u00eentr-o limb\u0103 german\u0103 dificil de \u00een\u021beles.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, sesiunile s-au concentrat pe persoanele v\u00e2rstnice \u0219i pe barierele specifice \u00eent\u00e2mpinate de acestea \u00een utilizarea instrumentelor digitale, precum programarea online a consulta\u021biilor medicale, utilizarea serviciilor bancare online, efectuarea pl\u0103\u021bilor digitale sau comunicarea cu membrii familiei prin intermediul tehnologiei.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Polonia, atelierul a reunit un grup divers de participan\u021bi, incluz\u00e2nd migran\u021bi \u0219i refugia\u021bi, \u0219omeri, p\u0103rin\u021bi singuri \u0219i \u00eengrijitori, precum \u0219i adul\u021bi cu v\u00e2rsta peste 60 de ani. Activit\u0103\u021bile au oferit o imagine clar\u0103 asupra modului \u00een care factori diferi\u021bi, dar interconecta\u021bi, contribuie la excluziunea digital\u0103. La fel ca \u00een Germania \u0219i Rom\u00e2nia, sarcinile legate de serviciile financiare \u0219i de e-guvernare au reprezentat priorit\u0103\u021bi majore pentru participan\u021bii din Polonia.<\/p>\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 atelierele dedicate cursan\u021bilor, proiectul a implicat \u0219i formatori care lucreaz\u0103 direct cu aceste grupuri \u021bint\u0103, oferind o perspectiv\u0103 practic\u0103 ce completeaz\u0103 experien\u021bele \u0219i nevoile exprimate de participan\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>O tem\u0103 recurent\u0103 identificat\u0103 \u00een toate cele trei \u021b\u0103ri a fost faptul c\u0103 mul\u021bi cursan\u021bi nu se confrunt\u0103 doar cu lipsa competen\u021belor digitale practice, ci \u0219i cu teama de a face gre\u0219eli. Aceast\u0103 team\u0103 este adesea amplificat\u0103 de lipsa unor re\u021bele de sprijin de \u00eencredere la care participan\u021bii s\u0103 poat\u0103 apela atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103 dificult\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Concluziile ob\u021binute \u00een cadrul atelierelor reprezint\u0103 baza pentru urm\u0103toarea etap\u0103 a proiectului: dezvoltarea unor materiale de formare practice, accesibile \u0219i adaptate nevoilor reale ale fiec\u0103rui grup \u021bint\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REZULTATELE FINALE ALE PROIECTULUI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proiectul DigiReady va conduce la dezvoltarea unui set de resurse digitale de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare practice \u0219i u\u0219or de utilizat, adaptate nevoilor adul\u021bilor vulnerabili. Pe baza evalu\u0103rii nevoilor realizate \u00een cele trei \u021b\u0103ri partenere, consor\u021biul a identificat provoc\u0103ri esen\u021biale legate de utilizarea instrumentelor digitale \u00een via\u021ba de zi cu zi, precum accesarea serviciilor publice, comunicarea online, gestionarea conturilor \u0219i siguran\u021ba \u00een mediul digital.<\/p>\n<p>Ca r\u0103spuns la aceste nevoi, proiectul va dezvolta tutoriale scurte \u0219i accesibile, optimizate pentru utilizarea pe dispozitive mobile, folosind un limbaj simplu \u0219i explica\u021bii vizuale pas cu pas. Aceste resurse urm\u0103resc s\u0103 \u00eei ajute pe cursan\u021bi s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dezvolte \u00eencrederea \u0219i independen\u021ba \u00een utilizarea instrumentelor digitale \u00een
